Our pigs are raised outdoors and allowed to live a life as close to their natural habitat as possible. We make sure they've got plenty of protection from the elements in winter and shade or wallows to cool off in during the heat of the summer
Raising livestock with love + high standards means we have a limited quantity available, so we will run out. Don’t wait to claim yours. Hogs will be processed on October 15th and you will be notified when product is available and ready to ship out!
What Is a 1/4 Pork Share?
A 1/4 pork share, or 1/4 hog as some customers call it, is the curated equivalent of a quarter hog's worth of our most popular cuts, without the whole-animal commitment or custom butchering. It's an easy way to enjoy the value of buying in bulk, with all the variety of bacon, sausage, chops, and roasts already selected for you. We charge a flat fee to make purchasing your pork simple and easy. No extra fees for processing or custom orders to decide which cuts you want.
When you order a quarter hog from our farm, you get approximately 30 - 35 pounds of humanely raised pork, in the following cuts:
- 3-4 lbs plain ground pork, 1 lb packages
- 4 lbs breakfast sausage, 1 lb packages
- 10 chops, 2 per package, 4-5 lbs total
- 6-8 lbs bone in shoulder roasts, 3-4 lbs each
- 4 lbs bacon, 1 lb packages
- 2 lbs ribs (1 full rack)
- 1 tenderloin 2-3 lbs
